As I am still very much in love with my day-to-day career of sports event management I am only offering day-of event coordinating services currently. My day-of coordinating services include the following:

• I'll begin working with you 4-6 weeks before your wedding to handle the final details and ensure everything is in place for a terrific day. 

• Up to 2 consultations before the big day.

• 1 coordinator and 1 assistant on site - 12 hours. 

• Unlimited phone calls and emails leading up to the big day. 

• Vendor verification and coordination; ensuring everyone is where they need to be!

• Master timeline creation. 

• Coordination of rehearsal. 

• Venue walk-through. 

• Set-up and tear down of decor, tables settings, and anything else discussed. 

• Coordinate announcements and cues with entertainment.

• Distribute final payments to necessary vendors. 

• Coordination with photographer; ensuring they are able to capture every special moment.

• Ensure personal items, gifts, etc. are taken by agreed upon party.
